1920s Polka Dots

I usually refrain from long dresses not because I don’t admire them but being 5’2 isn’t all that accepting when it comes to floor length pieces (though a pair of sky high platforms always does the trick!).  When I first put on this dreamy vintage dress I couldn’t help but get swept away by its beauty. The silky sheer fabric with the most minimal amount of sparkle and the way it blew in the wind was something that even I, the short 5’2 girl couldn’t pass up. What’s even more enticing is thinking about the stylish lady who owned it years ago; don’t be fooled by the innocent pastel color, I’m sure whoever the original owner was pugnacious and stylish to say the least.

oooh you are stunning! you kind of remind me of Emma Roberts, which is a total compliment by the way! the dress is such a gorgeous colour, and suits your complexion very well :)

I love the sheerness of the dress and the pretty pastel color. (I’m with you, I’m short as well, but I love those long dresses so thank goodness for big shoes!)
