Apple Pie Cupcakes

The mixture of apples, brown sugar and cinnamon during the Fall really can’t be beat. The lingering scent that meets almost everyone at the doorway does nothing but make for a warm invitation into one’s home. I’ve always had a soft spot for desserts with warm apples and couldn’t resist attempting this recipe. The cupcakes came out with just the right amount of fluff and the warm spiced center made for the perfect Autumn treat.
