You know when you get completely obsessed with something and all you want to do is use or wear it repeatedly? That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling about long strands of ribbon that can be tied into a bow around the collar of a blouse. Who knew that something so small could make such a difference in an outfit? It adds a playful factor, one that I’m always on the hunt for, especially when wearing an all black ensemble that needs some perking up!
Bows, polka dots and leather, what’s not to love? I really like how you threw the brown oxfords on, it brights up the all black ensemble and really gives the look your signature edge. (And really, that handbag? Gor-gous!)
I’ve been wanting to do that! Find old pieces of ribbon and fashion them into bow ties.
