Chocolate Covered Oreos

Ever since I was a little girl Oreos have been at the top of my treat list. I’m pretty sure I’ve become obsessed with them because I was the only kid growing up who didn’t have any packed in my lunch, and I envied those whose parents let them eat the perfectly prepared cookie sandwich. I was the single child who had carrot sticks and apple sauce in lieu of sweets. Now a days I choose almost anything having Oreos in it over anything else that’s available at candy stores or even desserts at restaurants. The cookie is so simple and rarely can be messed up so I decided to give this quick recipe a shot at making it all the more tasty. I guess now this is me rebelling against those sad childhood years!
