Mini Carmel Apples

The holiday season not only brings cheer but many opportunities for excuses to come into play. Whether it’s dressing up in a party dress or stuffing yourself with delicious treats this time of year is by far the best. While contemplating making mini carmel apples, I pulled out the excuse card by justifying that it was the holidays. I didn’t follow any particular recipe just picked out the various toppings I wanted (Snow Caps, Oreos, Candy Canes & M&M’s), melted some Carmel over the stove and coated each apple. This was the perfect afternoon treat that would also make a sweet and simple holiday gift.
