My Week

This week was definitely long – I had an exceptionally hard time adjusting after getting home from Amsterdam, I was fighting a cold and couldn’t get myself to focus on anything of importance. Obviously, I’m really excited that the weekend is here as I plan to rejuvenate by surrounding myself with friends and family! I did however, have some time to think about my blog and things I want to change and grow (it’s a work-in-progress). I think that photos are what give a blog character and I want to focus even more on taking the greatest pictures possible and styling the best outfits I can – ‘quality over quantity.’ Anyways, I just wanted to share what’s been going through my head lately and wish you guys a wonderful weekend!

I still just love that picture of you and your boyfriend. That has to be one of the most romantic candids I’ve ever seen. It would make a great desktop wallpaper. :) I’ve been thinking of blog changes too. I want to get into writing some more hair posts or maybe doing hair tutorials. It’s just hard doing the pictures by myself. I wish I could do video, but I think it would take me forever just to edit the darn thing. We will see. Can’t wait to see what you change! Have a great weekend! <3

Change is inevitable and good for the soul.

I’m like you and figure that I need better photos. I think everyone feels that they could be doing better.

What most people don’t realize (unless they are a blogger themselves) is the amount of time devoted to maintaining a good well developed content rich blog. It takes tons of work, time and energy. Sometimes trying to squeeze that all in with everything else in life it a challenge.

I can’t wait to see how you choose to proceed in the future.

    Have a great weekend!

I hope you’re feeling better! I know that oversea flights can take its toll…
Finding the right balance between quality and quantity is not easy – at least quantity seems hard for me to cope with. Two kids to raise, a household, a different lifestyle than most bloggers have… enough whining! Yet gotta figure out how I’ll maintain my blog over the summer, though. School vacation just started two days ago!
