Olive Oil and Coconut Brownies
I am always on a quest to find the perfect brownie. You would think that it would be pretty simple to bake but some are too chocolaty, too dense or not moist enough. It’s always a let down after purchasing a $5 brownie and not being pleased with how it tastes. I know I am not the only one who feels this way and after reading this article (and using this recipe) it made me happy to know that others are also on the hunt for the it brownie. The search is over; making the slight adjustment of substituting olive oil for butter makes all the difference in the world. This batch of brownies may have been the best I have ever had; the flavor was on point, the consistency was perfection and the texture the coconut added made this brownie, the brownie.
