Orange Scones with Berries and Cream

Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day since you can indulge in special treats, like scones. I have a very vivid memory of waking up early on weekends and smelling these scones being baked by my step mom and I’ve never found anything to compare them to. I was craving them and knew they would be perfect for our weekend getaway. Though there is still something special about the originals my step mom made, this batch came pretty close to the ones I remember from years ago.
