Oreo Cheesecake Bars

Oreo’s have been a long time favorite of mine. I will take them in anyway: plain, with peanut butter or with a glass of milk. I decided to step out of my usual boundaries by making these Oreo Cheesecake Bars. The recipe was simple and didn’t leave a huge mess to clean up which is always a plus. I was delighted by the finished product and couldn’t have been more excited to eat them while flipping through old Vogue magazines.
