Oxblood

{dress & hat: vintage shoes: gap (old but love these) bag: vintage chanel jewels: jennifer meyer & c/o: anjolee}

Oxblood is the color of the season and I have to say I’m a huge fan (other than the disgust name). How can you not like it, especially when there’s lots of green in the background?! The color really speaks for itself which is why I kept this outfit pretty simple. When something has such a rich feel on its own why change it? To me all that was left to add was my go-to hat and favorite purse – I even left out the jewels! Sometimes a gal just needs a simple day (especially in 90 degree weather)!

    Hi Caitie, you’re wearing the color! And it looks sublime, love the dress you picked out in the trend, my choice would be similar, the hat and boots are the perfect accompaniment!

    I do love this color, but not the name :) It’s such a rich, perfect-for-fall hue. Love the way it contrasts against the leaves! Just beautiful.
