Pumpkin Bread

One of my favorite things about Fall is all of the pumpkin flavored goodies that come with it. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin muffins or pumpkin soup, pretty much anything that has the flavor is good in my book! There’s something very welcoming to  spice infused scents and once I put this loaf in the oven to bake there was nothing I wanted to do more than cuddle up on the couch. For how simple this recipe was I was surprised at how delicious it turned out; it proves my point once again that sometimes simplicity is the best way to go.
