Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Pumpkin has always been a favorite of mine but it never seems to have the same effect if it’s eaten at any other time than the Fall. This recipe has been on my to do list for a few weeks now and I finally had the time to whip a batch up. The aroma of spices quickly took over my apartment and it was the perfect way to wake myself up. I was thrilled that I had a basket of freshly baked muffins before 10 a.m., the rest of my day ahead of me and little to clean up, I knew I was going to have a good day.
