Rompin’ Around

{romper, sunnies & clutch: vintage sweater: zara kids shoes: zara (not available anymore – similar here) jewels: vintage, anthropologie, house of harlow, jennifer meyer & c/o anjolee}

I bought this romper weeks and weeks ago and kept it aside to wear on the fourth of July. I’m a sucker for rompers because they are one of the most versatile (and flirty) pieces you can have. You can wear them as is, with a sweater or blouse layered on top or even with a skirt to be worn as a top – so many possibilities! I love anything that can be worn in various ways to not only make them look new but to also get your moneys worth.

P.S. I was asked to be a part of a fashion blog battle on Posh24 and would so appreciate your support by voting for me here – thank you so much!

    I love playsuits too! They are so fun and childlike and I’ll have to use some of your suggestions on styling them. :) And I voted for you! <3

    oh, that romper is so cute…..i love how you’ve styled it with the cream sweater and the red clutch. very good for fourth of july! i always admire rompers on other people, but my torso is too long for them, i fear. they have these really cute ones at american apparel. okay, hopping right over to vote for you now.

    I can’t believe you have a sweater on you, we can’t sleep at night of heat, I envy you :) . You can create such cute and chic looks, mine have to be so simple.

    The pop of red is awesome! And you’ll have to teach me to successfully layer things under chunky sweaters. I always fail at that.

    Ohhhh, I love rompers, they’re just so easy and fun to wear! This one is just beyond adorable, I really like the gingham pattern and the shape of this one! (I always have trouble with the cut of rompers, they’re too long through the torso and too short through the leg most of the time.) Love how you layered the sweater over it, you always do the best layering. :)

    This romper is adorable–especially the gingham print! But, on a practical note–though I love the yellow sweater layered over top of it, how ever did you use the restroom in it??? You are brave. Cute outfit for sure though!

    This is an adorable outfit! I love rompers too. They really are great layering pieces. It never occurred to me to wear a romper as a top. I’m going to have to try it now, maybe with a maxi skirt.
