Separates

In the past I’ve talked about how I always seem to have problems finding skirts and shorts to wear when Summer rolls around. I’m sure it’s because by nature I’m such a dress girl and I feel the most feminine and confident while wearing one that I overlook any sort of bottoms – because why try to compete with something that has no competition? I have to admit that I feel entirely different now after finding this amazing skirt from Zara Kids. I don’t know what about it that makes me feel so girly (and young!) since it’s just a simple pleated mini skirt, but whatever it is I’m dreaming of getting it in every other candy coated color possible as it makes for the perfect separates piece.

what a great find from the kid’s section! I love the pretty pink and of course the polka dots. And seriously, my obsession with polka dots has gotten so out of control that I took my son to Target today and he found a rain coat with polka dots and started yelling “polka dots, polka dots” at me! LOL. That’s when you know it’s gotten out of hand! LOL. Hope you have a great day! <3

What are your tips on buying kids clothes when it comes to sizing? Are the Zara measurements true to size? I *love* the idea of saving a bit of money by going this route.
